4. Account rules

  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds/bonuses may be forfeited.
  • You must provide accurate personal information. We may request ID, proof of address, proof of payment method, selfie with ID, or additional documents at any time.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Any activity under your credentials is considered yours.
  • Accounts inactive for 30 months may be closed and remaining funds transferred according to licensing rules.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal is usually €10 (or equivalent).
  • Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

6. Refunds

Refunds are only considered within 24 hours of deposit or within 30 days if unauthorised access is proven, and only if the funds have not been played. Once gameplay starts, the service is considered consumed and no refund is possible.
